Return & Refund Policy

At Hala Baby, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

1. Returns:

You have 24 hours from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return:

Item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

Certain items have check guarantee with all details mentioned in product description cannot be returned.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact our customer service at support@halababy.pk. We’ll provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

 

3. Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (or updated payment method as per your choice) within 7-14 Days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

 

4. Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly replace it. We make sure check guarantee. Contact us at support@halababy.pk within 24 hours of receiving your order.
